Keep reading below to see what we’re looking for!<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Position Overview:</strong></span></p> <p>Line Lead Supervisor is a front-line supervisor role, responsible for directly managing and developing a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to regularly achieve production targets. Supervisor Reconditioning opportunities include: Automotive, Body/Cosmetics, Inventory, Detail, Photo and Training. </p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you will be doing: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li><strong data-path-to-node="3,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Production Line Management:</strong> Coordinate and oversee daily operations across multi-stage production lines, ensuring safety, efficiency, and daily output targets are met.</li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Cross-Functional Workflow:</strong> Manage the seamless movement of automotive inventory and materials through various phases of the production cycle, from initial technical assembly to final finishing and quality inspection.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Team Leadership:</strong> Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of technicians, operators, and specialists across multiple workstations, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Quality Control & Finishing:</strong> Enforce rigorous quality assurance standards, ensuring all products meet exact aesthetic, structural, and functional specifications before final documentation and release.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Process Optimization:</strong> Monitor production pipelines to identify bottlenecks, optimize material staging, and streamline transitions between different operational zones.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="3,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="3,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Continuous Improvement:</strong> Actively participate in and champion process improvements, workflow standardizations, and root-cause problem solving on the floor.</p> </li> </ul> <p data-path-to-node="4"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="0">Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul data-path-to-node="5"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,0,0">Proven supervisory or lead experience within a high-volume manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.</p> </li> <li>
