We are looking for great people who want to take this journey with us! </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role and Team</strong></p> <p>Reporting to the Commercial Accounts Manager (CAM) or designated supervisor, this position evaluates and ensures the quality of the detail process and that the vehicles are ready for sale. Must know, practice, and ensure that company policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws are followed always.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Inspect vehicle quality and identify any vehicles that do not meet company standards. Communicate with team members in a positive and collaborative manner when quality does not meet standards.</li> <li>Assist on the detail line and perform final detail tasks as needed</li> <li>Maintain a professional appearance, orderly work environment and friendly disposition. Assist with shop cleaning and basic equipment maintenance</li> <li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Report all incidents to management immediately. </li> <li>Properly log the vehicle information into the computer upon satisfactory completion of inspection.</li> <li>Photograph and stage vehicles to ensure focused and clear pictures per standards. </li> <li>Return customer’s vehicles in clean condition.</li> <li>Advise the designated Manager of all equipment breakdowns and required maintenance immediately.</li> <li>Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee and customer accidents, injuries, and loss or damage to any property.
