As a leader of the firm, the Powered by Centri Manager I will demonstrate excellent project management skills, client service, and positive coaching to the team members in developing technical and professional competency.</p> <p><strong><u>Core Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Understand accounting concepts to allow for guidance of staff that relate to revenue recognition and balance sheet reporting.</li> <li>Explain the audit workbook process and changes made to help foster staff/senior growth.</li> <li>Understand accounting concepts when guiding the clients, work with client team on reviewing cash management reporting.</li> <li>Perform and lead all PBC concepts, including performing in depth variance analysis.</li> <li>Onboard new clients to the PBC platforms while continuing to be transition lead with oversight.</li> <li>Audit/tax prep lead in terms of facilitating process with outside CPA.</li> <li>Begin to perform budget/forecast related activities and build templates.</li> <li>Work with client on cash flow modeling.</li>
