As a leader of the firm, the Tax Advisory Manager will demonstrate excellent project management skills, client service, and positive coaching to the team members in developing technical and professional competency. Core Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Advise clients within private and publicly traded companies on tax implications of business objectives, evaluate alternative actions, and identify appropriate methods of complying with tax laws and regulations as well as the accounting requirements of ASC 740.</li> <li>Provide tax provision calculations for global or domestic interim and year-end income tax provisions.</li> <li>Identify complex tax issues that may arise within the engagement, as well as opportunities for ancillary service offerings.
