Serving as a current and future leader of the firm, the Senior Associate demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in developing technical and professional competency.</p> <p><strong><u>Core Responsibilities: </u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop, review, and evaluate financial models within broadly defined guidelines, focusing on major assumptions for projections, scenarios analysis and comparisons to historical results.</li> <li>Compile and evaluate company and industry data from key information sources including Pitchbook, Company Reports and Financial Statements and industry sources.</li> <li>Identify key financial and operational issues, results and trends and report on key findings that may impact a potential transaction.</li> <li>Assist with the preparation of financial analysis as required for the transaction process.</li> <li>Prepare target lists of potential investors or buyers based on information sources and general internet searches.</li> <li>Process financial statements, general ledger, and trial balances to evaluate historical financial performance, including sustainable
