As a leader of the firm, the Senior Manager will demonstrate excellent project management skills, client service, and positive coaching to the team members in developing technical and professional competency. </p> <p><strong><u>Core Responsibilities:</u></strong> </p> <ul> <li>In depth understanding of big picture complex Accounting Advisory topics and how they relate to each other. Ability to oversee progress of entire engagement in the preparation of financial statements and consolidation of trial balances. </li> <li>Perform detailed review of work product completed, ensure all complex technical items have been identified and addressed, assess the accuracy of more complex financial statement areas such as SOCF, Equity, and EPS and identify disclosures which are inaccurate/incomplete. </li> <li>Prepare and review complex technical accounting memos and identify if the appropriate guidance has been used. </li> <li>Oversee and coach Managers to ensure knowledge sharing with the staff and seniors to develop more in-depth knowledge of preparation and review of financial statements and consolidation of trial balances.&
