This isn’t just a nursing shift; it’s an opportunity to work within a beautiful home with a very kind, welcoming family who truly values their care team. To ensure the highest level of safety and support, this case also features a Home Health Aide (HHA) on-site to assist you with daily tasks.</p> <hr data-path-to-node="3"> <h3 data-path-to-node="4"><strong data-path-to-node="4" data-index-in-node="0">The Case: Sophisticated Care in a Premier Setting</strong></h3> <p data-path-to-node="5">You will be caring for an adult client with quadriplegia who requires a clinical expert with a gentle, patient touch.</p> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="6,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">A Collaborative Environment:</strong> Work alongside a kind family and a dedicated <strong data-path-to-node="6,0,0" data-index-in-node="74">Home Health Aide</strong> who provides additional support for the client's needs.</li> <li data-path-to-node="6,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Advanced Technology:</strong> Utilize a state-of-the-art <strong data-path-to-node="6,1,0" data-index-in-node="48">ceiling-track lift system</strong> for seamless transfers between the home gym, bedroom, and bathroom.</li> <li data-path-to-node="6,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Specialized Clinical Focus:</strong> Manage wound care, a specific bowel program, and catheter care.</li> <li data-path-to-node="6,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Cognitive & Sensory Support:</strong> Provide vital support for the client’s short-term memory loss and hearing impairment.
