CISNGE - ITOM Event Management Engineer

Technical Requirements: Technology->Infra_ToolAdministration-ITSM->ServiceNow->Event Management,Technology->Infra_ToolAdministration-ITSM->ServiceNow-ITOM Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM Event Management solutions. Integrate enterprise monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management. Configure Event Rules, Alert Correlation, Alert Aggregation, and Alert Suppression. Manage and support MID Servers, Event Connectors, and monitoring integrations. Automate incident creation and remediation workflows based on event alerts. Perform Event Management health checks, optimization, and troubleshooting. Work with CMDB and Service Mapping teams to improve service visibility. Analyze event patterns and reduce alert noise through correlation techniques. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Application, and Operations teams. Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management processes. Develop dashboards, reports, and operational monitoring views.
