LIMS + Labware/LabVantage Consultant

Infosys is seeking skilled LIMS Consultants with 2-5 years of experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) such as LabWare, LabVantage, or STARLIMS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing LIMS solutions for pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, chemical, and manufacturing clients. Technical Requirements: Experience in LabWare LIMS / LabVantage LIMS / STARLIMS. Knowledge of laboratory workflows and sample management processes. Understanding of instrument integration and data management. Experience in SQL, database concepts, and report generation. Knowledge of SDLC, testing, and validation processes. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities: Configure, customize, and support LIMS applications (LabWare, LabVantage, STARLIMS). Gather and analyze business requirements from laboratory stakeholders. Develop workflows, sample lifecycle management, test management, and reporting solutions. Perform system validation, testing, and documentation activities. Integrate LIMS with ERP, MES, ELN, CDS, and other enterprise systems. Support data migration, master data management, and system upgrades. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Participate in user training and knowledge transfer activities.
