Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Talend-based ETL/ELT workflows to ingest, transform, and load data across systems. • Build reusable Talend jobs, components, and frameworks aligned with best practices for scalability and maintainability. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define mappings, and translate business needs into technical solutions. • Implement data validation, error handling, logging, and alerting to ensure reliable and auditable data pipelines. • Perform performance tuning and optimization of Talend jobs, SQL queries, and data flows to meet SLAs. • Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive fixes through to closure. • Create and maintain technical documentation including job design, data mappings, and operational runbooks. • Support releases by coordinating deployments, versioning, and environment promotions in line with team processes.
