A day in the life of an Infoscion • As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight. • You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise. • You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design • You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines • Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers. Technical Requirements: • Primary skills:Technology->Cloud Platform->AWS Enviornment Provisioning,Technology->Data On Cloud - NoSQL->Amazon Dynamo DB,Technology->Data On Cloud - Platform->AWS Responsibilities: Redshift Engineer • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing with strong expertise in Amazon Redshift. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Redshift data warehouses to support enterprise analytics and reporting needs. • Build and implement Dimensional Data Models (Star Schema), including fact and dimension tables for analytical workloads. • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for large-scale data processing and performance improvement. • Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue and other data integration tools. • Optimize Redshift performance through effective use of RA3 nodes, Distribution Keys, Sort Keys, and Redshift Spectrum. • Integrate data from multiple sources such as S3, PostgreSQL, APIs, and third-party applications into the data warehouse. • Collaborate with Data Architects, Analysts, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient data solutions. • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across the AWS data platform. • Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch) and exposure to Python/PySpark Preferred Skills: Technology->Cloud->AWS - Database Technologies,Technology->Cloud->AWS Core services,Technology->Cloud->AWS
