Associate Business Analyst

Technical Requirements: Technology->Mana->Command Center Responsibilities: Monitor enterprise infrastructure, applications, and network services through command center tools. Identify, triage, and escalate critical incidents as per defined procedures. Coordinate bridge calls during major incidents and outages. Track incidents through resolution and ensure adherence to SLAs. Analyze alerts and events to minimize service disruptions. Provide real-time status updates to stakeholders and management teams. Maintain incident logs, reports, and operational dashboards. Work closely with infrastructure, network, application, and support teams for issue resolution. Support problem management activities by identifying recurring issues and trends. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for Incident, Event, and Change Management.
