.NetCore Lead Developer

We are seeking experienced Lead/Senior Lead .NET Developers with strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, Microservices, Entity Framework, and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performing enterprise applications while providing technical leadership and mentoring development teams. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and business-focused solutions. Technical Requirements: C# .NET Core / ASP.NET Core Microservices Architecture Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core RESTful APIs and Web Services SQL Server Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Design Patterns Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) Git / Version Control CI/CD Tools Agile/Scrum Methodology Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, Microservices, and Entity Framework. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure timely delivery. Develop and consume REST APIs, implement microservices-based architectures, perform code reviews, and drive best practices in software development. Support application deployment, performance tuning, issue resolution, and production support activities. Mentor junior developers, contribute to technical decision-making, and ensure adherence to quality, security, and coding standards.
