Technology analyst

Technical Requirements: Technology->Digital Experience Platforms->CS - Document and Records Management Platform->OpenText Content Server Responsibilities: Design and develop document processing solutions using OpenText Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). Configure and manage document classification, extraction, validation, and workflow automation. Develop OCR-based solutions for processing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents. Configure extraction models and train machine learning models for document recognition. Integrate OpenText IDP solutions with ECM, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. Develop and maintain APIs, connectors, and automation workflows. Perform system configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions. Conduct testing, quality assurance, and production support activities. Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
