Senior Systems Engineer

Technical Requirements: • Primary skills:Technology->CRM->HP Extream Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream. Create and customize document templates for statements, invoices, policies, contracts, notices, and customer correspondence. Develop and maintain Exstream applications, workflows, and automation processes. Build dynamic, personalized, and multi-channel communications (print, email, SMS, web, and mobile). Integrate Exstream with enterprise applications, databases, CRM, ERP, and content management systems. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable communication solutions. Ensure compliance with branding, regulatory, and customer communication standards. Troubleshoot document generation issues and optimize system performance. Support production deployments, upgrades, and release activities. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
