Technology analyst

Technical Requirements: • Primary skills:Technology->Database->Microsoft SQL Server,Technology->Java->Java - ALL,Technology->Oracle->ECM - Enterprise Content Management,Technology->SAP Technical->SAP Archiving Responsibilities: Solution Ownership • Own JIVS Archiving solutions across SAP/S4 HANA landscapes. • Lead design and implementation of custom archiving and retrieval solutions. • Evaluate new SAP transactions and define archival strategies. • Drive application modernization, upgrades, and migration initiatives. Technical Leadership • Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues and performance bottlenecks. • Provide guidance on JIVS architecture, integrations, and best practices. • Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews. • Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives. Application Support & Operations • Lead L2/L3 support activities and critical incident resolution. • Establish monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards. • Ensure SLA, KPI, and operational compliance. • Drive root cause analysis and continuous service improvement. Database & Infrastructure Management • Design and optimize complex SQL queries and reporting solutions. • Lead database performance tuning, indexing strategies, and patch management. • Support infrastructure components including Tomcat, Apache, and Azure-hosted environments.
