Senior system engineer

Technical Requirements: Technology->Content Services (CS)->ECM - Content Services,Technology->Java->Java Application Support,Technology->SAP Technical->SAP Archiving Responsibilities: JIVS & SAP Archiving • Support JIVS BOD, JIVS Data Transfer, and JIVS Web Application components. • Perform document and content archiving activities from SAP/S4 HANA systems. • Assist in SAP-JIVS integration activities and transactional data analysis. • Support migration activities within the JIVS environment. • Troubleshoot archival processing, indexing, and retrieval issues. Application Support • Provide L2/L3 application support for production incidents and service requests. • Monitor application health using Azure Monitor and server monitoring tools. • Analyze root causes and support problem management activities. • Work with ServiceNow for incident, change, and request management. • Participate in on-call and production support rotations as required. Database & Technical Support • Develop and execute SQL queries for reporting and analysis. • Manage database objects including tables and indexes. • Support patch deployments and database maintenance activities. • Assist in resolving performance-related issues.
