Sustainability Consulting

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Sustainability Practice Unit, focused on delivering high-impact sustainability outcomes through data analytics, reporting, compliance, and decarbonization solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sustainability concepts, ESG frameworks, and the ability to design and implement innovative, technology-driven sustainability solutions. Technical Requirements: • Engage with customers to scope sustainability solutions, identify relevant offerings, and develop proposals aligned with business goals. • Conduct industry research to define customer problem statements, evaluate solution options, and recommend suitable approaches. • Create detailed requirements, user scenarios, and process artifacts to support implementation in collaboration with technical teams. • Articulate business value using sustainability KPIs and conduct solution demonstrations, POCs, and workshops. • Prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets and organizational financial guidelines. • Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing subject matter expertise in sustainability, ESG reporting frameworks, and data management.
