Our role is to lead with clarity, support cross-functional execution, and champion the user in every decision.</p> <h3><strong>About the role</strong></h3> <p>Our Shopping &amp; Offers program is a fast-growing platform that operates with the agility of a startup while leveraging the scale of an industry leader, delivering Shopping and Offers experiences directly to our Consumers and Conversion for our Merchant partners alike. You will be a pivotal strategic leader responsible for defining the next chapter of Affirm's DTC shopping and offers experience. You will lead a portfolio of high-impact consumer journeys—including Agentic Search, Home, and Profile experiences—that directly influence conversion, engagement, and revenue. This is a role for a seasoned product leader obsessed with consumer experiences, two sided marketplaces, and disrupting the payments &amp; credit landscape.</p> <h3><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Strategic Leadership: Define and socialize a long-term Shopping &amp; Offers vision and strategy, and translate that vision into clear roadmaps and decisions that teams can execute against</li> <li>Portfolio Oversight: Manage and scale a portfolio of consumer-facing surfaces, including Home, Search, and Profile/Settings, ensuring a simple and consistent experience across platforms</li> <li>Lead and grow a high-performing PM team.
