If Braze sounds like a place where you can thrive, we can’t wait to meet you.</p></div><p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a senior, highly technical Applications &amp; Integrations Lead to own the architecture, governance, strategic roadmap, and support of our GTM, CX and platform technology ecosystem. Leading our newly formed Applications &amp; Integrations team, you will merge team leadership with direct, hands-on expertise in Salesforce, application management, and integrations to establish the operational frameworks necessary for keeping our systems stable, secure, compliant, and audit-ready. The ideal candidate possesses experience in large-scale application administration, a clear understanding of compliance and governance structures, deep practical knowledge of middleware and integration platforms like <a href="http://tray.io">Tray.io</a> or Workato. You should be just as comfortable diving deep into technical configurations as you are collaborating strategically to shape new functional operations.</p> <p>Responsibilities: </p> <ul> <li>Governance &amp; Administration – Establish and execute the governance framework and Application Lifecycle for the Salesforce ecosystem and GTM/CX applications, maintaining compliance with SOX and ITGC standards and optimal operational health</li> <li>Integration Architecture &amp; Delivery<strong> </strong>– Own the project lifecycle for all net-new integrations, designing, developing, and deploying system integrations using consistent, scalable patterns</li> <li>Data Integrity, Modeling &amp; Sign-off – Serve as a key stakeholder for sign-off on proposed data models and data flows, ensuring alignment with DAGE, Salesforce
