You will partner with senior leaders who shape Stripe’s financial strategy, external narrative, long-term growth, and company-wide decision-making.</p> <p>This is a high-impact portfolio with varied talent markets, senior stakeholders, and roles where the quality of each hire can influence how Stripe operates and grows. You will own full-cycle recruiting, advise leaders on hiring strategy and market conditions, and build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring teams.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Partner with senior leaders to understand business priorities, define hiring plans, and develop recruiting strategies that support headcount goals.</li> <li>Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.</li> <li>Advise hiring teams on talent-market conditions, candidate availability, competitive dynamics, and hiring approaches for specialized and senior roles.</li> <li>Develop and execute sourcing strategies that build broad, qualified candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.</li> <li>Build strong candidate relationships and deliver a thoughtful, timely candidate experience throughout the process.</li> <li>Use recruiting data to track progress, identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear updates to business leaders.</li> <li>Improve recruiting processes where needed, testing practical changes that help hiring teams move with clarity and consistency.</li> <li>Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboar
