Network and infrastructure Analyst-JL4

• Hands-on experience in network technologies, including Cisco product configuration • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols and technologies • AWS associate architect-level knowledge (certification preferred) • Experience with application monitoring tools, or a willingness to work in such an environment • Basic understanding of visualisation tools such as Grafana and Prometheus • Experience in monitoring setup and instrumentation using Grafana • Associate-level experience in Linux or Windows administration • Ability to make quick, sound decisions in challenging situations • Continuous learning and development mindset • Fluent English, both spoken and writtenPlease note: this role involves 12-hour shift work to ensure 24/7 operational coverage. ________________________________________ Responsibilities: • Experience with firewalls and load balancers, e.g. Cisco, FortiGate, Illumio (virtual firewall technology), NetScaler or AVI • Relevant IT or network certifications, e.g. CCNA • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Nagios or Sensu • Experience in monitoring setup and instrumentation using Checkly • Ability to remotely connect to and perform maintenance checks on Windows and Linux servers Preferred Skills: Technology->Network->CISCO technologies,Technology->Network-LAN-Switches->Cisco-LAN-Switches,Technology->Infrastructure Security->Virtual Private Network, Firewall->Fortigate NFGW,Technology->Network-Load Balancer->F5->Load balancer,Technology->Network-Firewall_and_Media->Juniper-Firewall->firewall
