Java Full Stack Technology Lead

Technical Requirements: • Primary skills:Technology->Java->Core Java,Technology->Reactive Programming->react JS,Technology->UI & Markup Language->Angular JS Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of full-stack features using Java on the backend and Angular/ReactJS on the frontend. • Define technical architecture, design patterns, and coding standards to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. • Build and review backend services, APIs, and integrations with strong focus on performance, security, and reliability. • Drive frontend engineering practices including component design, state management, routing, and UI performance optimization. • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and QA to refine requirements and deliver high-quality releases. • Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices across the stack. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements. • Promote CI/CD-friendly development, automated testing, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
