Telecom Systems Engineer OSS and C Plus

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom OSS Developer with strong expertise in C++ development, Linux/Unix environments, and Telecom OSS/BSS systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting telecom network management and OSS applications while collaborating with global customers and cross-functional teams. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on development expertise, and a deep understanding of telecom protocols and network management concepts Technical Requirements: C++ Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) STL (Standard Template Library) Data Structures & Algorithms Multi-threading and Concurrent Programming Design Patterns Linux/Unix Telecom Domain Expertise Telecom OSS/BSS OSS/BSS Architecture Service Provisioning Fault Management Performance Management Inventory Management Service Assurance Network Management Systems (NMS) Protocols & Networking TCP/IP SNMP SIP Diameter Engineering & Support Debugging and Performance Tuning Production Support Defect Analysis & Root Cause Identification Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Responsibilities: Experience: 3-5 Years Location: Hyderabad,Chennai,Bangalore Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Telecom OSS platforms and network management applications. Develop robust and scalable solutions using C++, STL, OOPs concepts, and Design Patterns. Implement and optimize multi-threaded and concurrent applications. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues and defects. Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues. Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements. Contribute to technical solution design, automation initiatives, and process improvements. Support deployment, performance tuning, debugging, and continuous enhancement activities. Participate in Agile development processes, code reviews, and CI/CD practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of telecom solutions.
