SAP Project Manager

Technical Requirements: • 12+ years of SAP program/project management experience • At least one end-to-end S/4HANA brownfield conversion delivered in a global environment. • Demonstrated expertise in multi-workstream coordination across core SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM; EWM/TM and MDG preferred). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • Preferred - PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP, CSM/SAFe, or SAP Activate Project Manager certification Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion lifecycle: discovery → planning → build → testing → cutover → Hypercare → stabilization. • Own program governance: scope, budget, schedule, RAID, dependencies, KPIs, and executive reporting. • Manage SAP Activate across Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run • Facilitate cross functional governance forums and risk/escalation trajectories.
