Strong stakeholder management skills, expertise in UAT coordination, release signoffs, and a track record of driving improvements in testing processes, quality reporting, and delivery predictability. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee end-to-end testing for utility billing implementations, ensuring accurate and compliant billing outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test strategies, execute functional validation, manage defects, and support release readiness. Drive quality through effective test planning, billing process validation, stakeholder coordination, team mentoring, and comprehensive reporting.
