Agile Consultant/Scrum Master

Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities: • AI-integrated, AI/ML & Generative AI Focus, Generative AI tools, AI/ML, MLOps, and Generative AI • Diagnose current state of Agile practices and suggest improvement actions • Consulting the clients to Define an Agile adoption/transformation strategy at various levels- enterprise, portfolio, program and team Coach teams and help them improve their Agile maturity Design and deliver appropriate Agile training interventions • Influence client stakeholders and help them understand the benefits of Agile adoption on a need basis Coach teams in adopting engineering practices • Develop and deliver customized, role-based Agile coaching/ training intervention. • Guide teams on leveraging AI-enabled Agile tools and automation for improved delivery efficiency and data-driven decision making Preferred Skills: Technology->Agile Testing->Agile Testing - ALL,Technology->Agile Management->Agile Management Tools->Agile,Foundational->Development Methodology->Scrum,Technology->AI-AI Engineering->AI/ML Solution Architecture and Design,Foundational->Development Methodology->Infosys Global Agile methodology->Scrum master
