Technical Requirements: Primary Skills: nfosys Domain Consulting Group (DCG) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5–15 years of experience in Banking IT, specializing in Retail, Consumer Banking, and Mortgage domains. - The role involves working as a domain consultant to drive functional solutioning, client advisory, and digital transformation initiatives for global banking clients. - The candidate will engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, conduct workshops, and translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows. - Support Agile/Non-Agile delivery, UAT, and production rollouts. - Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to contribute to pre-sales and transformation initiatives. 2-3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst/ techno-functional Consultant in Banking domain areas • Core Banking Responsibilities: A day in the life of an Infoscion As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will be able to elicit requirements, create functional specifications and process artifacts, such as process flow diagrams.
