Cost Engineering

Seeking a skilled professional with experience in Product Teardown, Should Costing, VAVE, benchmarking and cost optimization initiatives for electromechanical components in automotive or energy equipment products. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to drive product value and supply chain efficiency. Responsibilities: Perform Product Teardown & Should-cost analysis for Automotive / Energy equipments & Tool/ Dies/Mold Costing etc. · Lead VAVE workshops to identify cost-saving opportunities · Collaborate with design, sourcing, and suppliers to optimize product cost · Support new product development with early cost estimation · Analyze supplier quotes and manufacturing processes for cost validation · Drive supply chain cost reduction and localization strategies Preferred Skills: Technology->CAD->CAD - Others,Technology->Embedded Hardware->Board development->BOM,Technology->Value Engineering->Value Engineering
