Technical Requirements: • Primary skills:Technology->Big Data - Hadoop->Hadoop,Technology->Data Management - Data Integration->Informatica Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 production support for Informatica ETL workflows and Big Data pipelines. Monitor and support Hadoop ecosystem components (HDFS, Hive, YARN, etc.). Handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and issue resolution within SLA timelines. Monitor batch jobs, workflows, and data loads to ensure smooth operations. Troubleshoot issues related to Informatica mappings, sessions, workflows, and job failures. Support and optimize Hive queries and data processing jobs. Perform UNIX scripting and command-line troubleshooting for job recovery and automation. Analyze logs and system metrics to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution. Implement job scheduling, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and timely delivery. Prepare incident reports, status updates, and documentation.
